E-commerce is a very noisy and competitive landscape. There are numerous brands attempting to sell products with very little differentiation from each other. We work closely with the brand owner to synchronise with the product lifecycle and support it in appropriate ways by developing unique copy and imagery. Some of this content has to be used by the brand owner on the product packaging and marketing literature too.
We develop unique narratives and stories for products and product families so that they can create a distinct identity for themselves in the marketplace. These narratives/stories are created within the format that the various marketplaces allow (image, description, instructions). If the brand has a self-hosted e-commerce marketplace, then a custom format can be developed. We also work with the technical team when required to help encode the e-commerce product pages in the appropriate micro-formats as needed.
